Apple pear crumble – receipe for autumn dessert in 30 minutes

As autumn is the season for pears and apples, I decided to make a dessert from them (just a few turns up). It is fast and at the same time extremely delicious. Anyone can handle it, it doesn’t require any special skills in the field of baking. Promise. You can prepare it in the form of a cake on a large baking tray or as a so-called crumble, which is traditionally served in smaller, ceramic molds, which hold one portion.

Apple pear crumble – receipe

ingredients:

  • 2 apples,
  • 2 pears,
  • 1 table spoon of honey,
  • 2 tea spoons of fresh lemon juice,
  • 1 or 2 flat teaspoons of cinnamon,
  • 200 g of flour,
  • 100 g of powdered sugar,
  • 100 g of butter or baking margarine.

directions:

Pour flour and sugar into a bowl. Add the cut into smaller pieces soft butter or margarine and knead until you get a small crumble.

Prepared dough put on the bottom of the baking mold and lightly pat them. You may as well use special ceramic baking cups or make one-off “aluminum molds” yourself as I did. As they say, need is a mother of inventions, so just because I didn’t have access to the baking mold, I used what I had. However, I must say that it worked well.

Cut fruits into small cubes.

Then put them in a bowl, pour honey, lemon juice and add cinnamon or other spices, as you wish.

Gently mix all the ingredients and put on already prepared molds with crumble.

Cover the top with a second part of crumble and put it into a oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Bake about 25-30 mins when setting the oven for a program using two heaters or 15-25 mins if you use hot air. They taste best when they are served hot. If you like you may also add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Finally, it will look more or less as on the picture below:

I hope you liked my receipe and I can’t wait for your photos and reviews, how did you succeed with apple pear crumble receipe!
